Geographic

The Geographic section contains filter options that relate to the physical location of the name record. Remember, all filters in a name segment are optional.

Geographic
1

Country

Select a Country from the list. This list is does not include every country in the world. Most of your donations probably come from a small number of countries therefore you don't need a long list to sort through. Instead, Denari allows you to set your list with just those countries. See the Country section for more information.
2

International

Denari does not assume that just because the address of a name record is outside the U.S. that it is an International address. Instead, there is a check box in the name record that you can check to indicate when an address is International. This filter option filters on that check box. It allows you to limit your output to just national or international depending on how you define that.
3

Zip Radius

Enter a valid zip code in the Zip Code field and a number that represents miles in the Radius field. Denari will find all of the name records in your data within that number of miles.
4

Zip List

Enter random zip codes in the list following the pattern shown below the field. That is, no spaces and separated by commas.
5

Zip Range

Enter a Starting and Ending Zip code. Denari will produce a list of names from your data with a zip code in the range.
6

City

Enter random cities following the pattern shown below the field. That is, separated by commas with no spaces. The city names must be spelled correctly both here in the filter and in the name record. Any misspelling will not result in a match.
7

State

Enter random states following the pattern shown below the field. That is, separated by commas with no spaces. The state abbreviations must match entered here must match the name record for a match.

Reminder: All filters in a name segment have an AND operator between them except for some Classifications. If you select three filters, for example, Denari will read that as filter 1 AND filter 2 AND filter 3. A name record must meet the requirement for all three filters to appear in the output.
