Country List

You will find a Country field in the Name Record. However, Denari assumes that all name records are in the U.S. Therefore, if the name has a U.S. address then you do not need to select a country for that name record. You will need to select a country if the address is not a U.S. address.

 

Denari does not provide a complete list of all of the Countries in the world in that drop down field. Most of the time your donors come from a limited number of countries. So Denari allows you to set up the Country list with just those that you use to keep it as short and as efficient as possible.

 

You can set up your list by clicking the Plus sign at the top of the page then selecting Countries. The page you see now shows you a list of the counties already in your list, if there are any. Click Add New.

 

 

Enter the Description or Country Name and then give it an Abbreviation. The Abbreviation can be a shortened version of the Description or any combination of letters.

 

Click Save. This country will now be an option in the Country drop down field in a name record.
