This field allows you to select more than one Jurisdiction as your filter by entering the Jurisdiction codes separate by commas with no spaces. It might look like (ABCD,EFGH,IJKL). Any name records having one of those Jurisdictions will appear in the output.
Allows you to output names based on their age. Enter a range, for example, Between 30 and 50, to get anyone in that age range in your output. Denari calculates age based on the Birthday field in the Name Record.
The Day fields including DOB Day Range, Spouse DOB Range, Either DOB Spouse or DOB Range, and Anniversary Range all work in the same way. Denari does not store the Month field or the Day field in it's own field. Therefore, filtering on that field to find someone, for example, who was born in August is difficult.
The best way to explain this is by example. The fields work on a relative basis. They are dependent on the day you run the segment. Let's say you want to find all the people in your data born in the month of August and you are running the segment on August 10th. The year doesn't matter. You will enter a '9' in the left field and a 21 in the right hand field in the DOB Age Range fields. You are saying "Give me anyone whose birthday is 9 days prior to today through 21 days after today."
Again, all of the fields in this group work in the same way except that they filter on different fields in the name record. The Spouse DOB field filters on the Spouse Birthday field, the Anniversary field filters on that field in the name record, etc.
Works in conjunction with the Premiums module. You can create a Premium Log Segment and select that here to produce a list of names. This allows you to produce a mailing list, either for printed or emailed, communication with donors who have either purchased or were assigned Premium items.
The name record page has a Suppress Receipts check box. By default, all donors are set up to receive a thank you receipt when you run them from the gift batch. However, some donors may request no receipt. Unchecking the box will remove them from the receipt process. However, sometimes it is easy to forget who has made this request or, sometimes you may want to mail to those who have opted for no receipt. This field allows you to get a list of names based on that field. You can either get names with the box checked or without.
The name record page has a Deliverable field. It is used for those name records where the address has been show to be no longer valid. Rather than continue to mail to 'bad' or undeliverable addresses, you can uncheck the box in the name record. This field allows you to produce a list of names based on that setting. You can choose to either Remove the Bad Addresses from the output or include them. By default, they will be included in the name segment.
This filter is used in conjunction with the eReceipts module. Each name record has a preference setting. You can get a list of names based on that setting using this filter. The values for the field will be numbers and the explanations of the numbers are to the right. For example, if you want a list of names whose preference is for emailed receipts you will enter a '1' in the field. If you want the list to include those with a preference of Printed Only and Both you will enter '0,2'. The values are separated by a comma with no spaces. If you enter nothing in this field you will get all names regardless of their preference.
This filter is used in conjunction with the eEOY (End of Year Tax Statement) module.
