Where To Start

So you have received your login info for your new Denari company and you've logged in to see the Denari home page. Now what? Where do you start? There is a lot to learn so it’s best to take it a little at a time. It’s important to understand the basics and then build from there. This section will try to get you off on the right foot to help you build that foundation.

 

There are a number of things that you'll need to jump start your experience with Denari but while we have your attention we want to emphasize that before you start working with your data, your #1 task is by understanding Denari's codes. Even if you decide to skip around in your learning process you have to build your foundation with these so that's the place to go after you learn to navigate and get tech support.

 

We recommend that you start with the training videos. They will provide a good foundation for understanding how Denari works and will walk you through things like name entry, gift entry, pledges, sponsorships, web donations, and more. Then if you have any questions you can also contact tech support or schedule web training time with one of our staff by emailing to sales@denarisoft.com. You will find the videos by clicking on the Help button in the upper right corner and then clicking Help again. You'll even find a Getting Started video there as well.
