Email Sender
The Email Sender is really the 'from' person for some emails that you send from Denari. Two examples of where this is used.
1. Name Segmenter mass email. You can select the Denari user that is seen as sending the email. If the receipient were to hit their reply button, their email would be directed to that Denari user.
2. Memorized Reports. Again, you can select the Denari user that is seen as sending the email. If the recipient were to hit their reply button, their email would be directed to that Denari user.
You can set up a list of Email Senders so that they can be available for selection in these report functions by clicking the Email button on the left then Email Senders. Click on one of the existing sender records, if there are any, to edit them or click Add New to create a new record.
Enter the person's Email Address and their name in the Signature field. Click Save from the button bar at the top. This email address can now be used as a 'sender' for various emailed reports in Denari.
