Default Gifts
Denari provides the ability to create a Default Gift for those donors who frequently donate the same amount, to the same fund and appeal, for the same pledge, etc.
In the gift record you will find two buttons on the right, Make Default and Get Default.
First fill in the gift record with all the information, amount, fund, appeal, pledge, etc. Then click the Make Default button. Denari will store that as that donor’s default. For their next gift, create a new blank gift record, select the donor in the Name ID field then click Get Default. Denari will fill in the fields using your saved default record. You can still change the information in the gift record if needed. If the donor’s pattern changes you can simply click Make Default again and overwrite the existing default record.
