Gift History & Stats

Click on the Names link on the left, then Name List Management. Search for and select the name you want. From the main name page, click the Gift History link on the right.

 

 

Here you see a list of the donor’s gifts. If you click the plus sign next to each gift you get more information about each gift. If the donor has a large number of gifts you can change the display order in that field above. Click the Go button and Denari will re-order the list.

 

It is important to note here that gifts won’t appear on this page until the batches are closed. If you think a donor is missing a gift or two check to be sure all batches are closed.

 

Clicking on a gift record will take you to the Limited Gift Edit page. Sometimes a gift might get linked to the wrong appeal or fund by mistake. This just allows you to change either of those without having to re-open the batch. Make the change and hit Save Gift on the right.

 

The stats page is a summary of the donor’s gifts. To find that, you can either go back to the Names link, Name List Management, and select the donor again or click the Stats button in the menu on the right. Now select Stats on the right. Here we see a complete look at the donor’s history. Again, gifts will not be included in the stats unless the batch is closed.

 

 

Note: Sometimes, not very often, the stats can be calculated incorrectly. As a precaution, Denari recalculates all stats every night. So if there is an issue on this page it may be corrected by the next day.
